You must be wondering what a Personal Training link is doing on an actor and filmmaker’s website.

Well, I have been a personal trainer and a lifestyle coach for about 15 years now. I am a certified personal trainer (CPT) in multiple certifications, including the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Medical Exercise Specialist (MES), Pre & Post Natal (AAAI/ISMA) and Spinning. In my 15 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Life style coach. I have trained many Bollywood celebrities and industrialists, including Fardeen Khan, Feroz Khan, Zaheed Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Twinkle Khanna, Ram Gopal Verma, and Yash Birla (CEO of the Birla Group of Companies). Since moving to New York City ten years ago, I have worked with such top gyms as The Sports Club L.A., The New York Sports Club and Equinox. I have a black belt in both Kung-Fu and Ketsugo. In addition to the numerous NYC private clients I train in the convenience of their home or office, I currently teach at Chelsea Pier Gym and Newport Swim Fitness Center. I have also set up home gyms for Celebrities and Commercial gyms in India and abroad.
